About The Blue Door
Located 500m from Central Station, The Blue Door is Co-Owned by EO Sydney's Angelica Nohra and her partner Dylan Cashman.
After spending 2.5 years working in some of the finest Michelin star kitchens in Europe, COVID brought Cashman back to Australia. Here, he met Australian wine authority Angelica Nohra.
Since launching in October 2021, The Blue Door has developed an enviable reputation in the Sydney dining scene. The Blue Door is a unique dining experience heavily driven by provenance from New South Wales (NSW). It has a menu that only serves protein from farmers Dylan has personally visited. The menu changes weekly based on what the farmers send. It is a true farm-to-table dining experience, right in Sydney's super trendy suburb of Surry Hills.
To accompany the heavily producer focused food offering, Angelica has put together an award-winning wine list that focuses on the diversity of NSW wine!
About the Experience:
As a celebration for EO Sydney University, we have arranged for an EO Takeover of the entire restaurant for the evening.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to feast on the finest food and wine from the NSW region. Angelica and Dylan will arrange a custom seven-course dining experience for the evening. The meal will be accompanied by Angelica's EO University NSW wine pairing along with a glass of vintage NSW sparkling wine or beer on arrival.
