The 2023 EO Sydney will take place at the Hyatt Regency Sydney in Sydney, Australia.

• The Hyatt Regency Sydney (Sussex property on Darling Harbour) is the perfect location overlooking the harbour front. You’ll definitely want to stay there during the 2023 Sydney University! The rooftop bar is known to have the best views of the city.
• Book your guestroom here at special rates (link https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SYDRS/G-HTZC. Bookings and special room rates within EO's room blocks are based on availability, so don't delay, and reserve your space!
• Special rates will be valid until 27 October 2023, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first.
• Nights outside of the event dates are subject to hotel rate and availability. The special room rate may be extended three (3) nights before and three (3) nights after, subject to availability. If you do not see that there is available rooms at the special rate in the online reservation system, please call the hotel directly at 13 1234 or +61 2 9290 4873 / +61 2 9290 4812 and mention that you are participating in the EO 2023 Sydney University.
• EO recommends that you book your room as soon as possible, since rooms are in high demand.
• Please note there is another Hyatt property (Park Hyatt Sydney) 30 minutes away that is NOT our conference hotel for the event. We do not have preferential rates at this property.
• Check-in time is at 3 pm; check-out time is at 11am. Please note that some international flights will arrive early morning, however check-in time is at 3pm. To guarantee your room for early arrival, you will need to book and pay for the night prior.   
• A credit card will be required to confirm the booking and a one-night deposit will be taken.
• Cancellations and reductions in stay are possible greater than 30 days prior to your arrival. After this date, any reductions in stay or cancellation will be charged in full. Please check www.timeanddate.com to determine what time it is in your home city.
