The Blue Doorについて
Central 駅から500mに位置するThe Blue Doorは、EO SydneyのAngelica Nohraと彼女のパートナーであるDylan Cashmanが共同経営しています。
ヨーロッパのミシュラン星付きレストランで2年半腕を磨いた後、COVIDの影響でCashman氏はオーストラリアに戻ってきました。ここで彼はオーストラリアワインの権威者であるAngelica Nohra氏と出会いました。
2021年10月の開業以来、The Blue DoorはSydneyのダイニングシーンで高い評価を得ています。The Blue Doorは、New South Wales(NSW)州の食材にこだわったユニークな食事を提供します。メニューは、Dylanが自ら足を運んだ農家から仕入れたものだけを使用。メニューは農家から送られてくるものをもとに毎週変わります。シドニーの最高にトレンディーな郊外、Surry Hillsにあるこのレストランでは、真のファーム・トゥ・テーブル（農場から食卓へ）を体験することができるのです。

Expect high quality sustainable seafood, great cocktails, some very fun desserts and knockout water views.
This is my local - a hidden Sydney gem right on the harbour serving up some of the city's best Italian flavoured seafood. We will be sitting at the Chef's table and I will try to organise some words form teh Chef.
Ormeggio's menu is a 100% seafood menu. Be ready for some very unique and delicious specialties such as an incredible (as usual) Pavoni risotto, tuna ‘cotoletta’, crudo crostini...and don’t forget our ‘coppa gelato’, Italy’s answer to the ice cream sundae, but executed centre-stage at the bar with some of the most delicious homemade gelato you’ll ever taste!

Australia is famed for the freshest and finest seafood, and there’s nobody who brings this to culinary life than Saké restaurant.
Nestled a short stroll from the hotel this will be a classic EO once-in-a-lifetime meal.
A private dining room, a curated menu, a suite of conversation spiker games, and the choice to match with premium wines or Saké.
So besides the seafood, what’s the catch? Well, it’s coming into Xmas and you can’t get near this place, so we need to confirm our private room ASAP so register and share ASAP. This will be amazing.
