Event Venue: The Steinberg Center at Wharton

The Steinberg Conference Center is situated among the historic halls at the Wharton School on the University of Pennsylvania campus. This state-of-the-art facility houses amphitheaters, flat floor classrooms, breakout rooms, and case study rooms, comfortable guest rooms, a gym, an on-site bar closed to the public and gourmet executive dining facilities.

Hotel Venue: The Inn at Penn

Located in the heart of Penn’s campus in the beautiful University City neighborhood of Philadelphia, The Hilton Inn at Penn is hotel for the 2024 EO@Wharton: Elevating Finance + Operations Program.

The location puts you right in the middle of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania and its many nearby educational, medical and corporate centers. And Center City Philadelphia is only a short cab ride away. So if you want to get out and explore the city, you are set.

The beautifully appointed guest rooms are equipped for the technologically sophisticated and include two dual-line phones with voice mail, data ports and high speed and wireless Internet access. Additional amenities include plush terry cloth robes and luxurious bath products for a touch of indulgence.

The Hilton Inn at Penn is a recipient of the AAA Four Diamond rating. There is also a 24-hour fitness center with a full range of cardiovascular and weight training equipment.

*Please do not book your accommodations on your own. Accommodations during the dates of the program are a part of your registration fee. If you choose to stay elsewhere, no discount or refund will be given. Included in your registration fee is the cost of one (1) standard, single occupancy room for the four (4) nights of the program (Check in: Monday, 17 March 2025; Check out: Friday, 21 March 2025).

Please note, pets are NOT allowed on campus or at the hotel.

Not included in your registration fee:

• Any additional nights’ stay outside the program dates. If you arrive early or stay later, you are responsible for the room rate, associated taxes and fees, and you are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel’s regular pricing and cancellation policy;
• Any difference in cost associated with room upgrades (double or triple occupancy, suite or other room types);
• Any and all incidentals incurred during your stay, including but not limited to laundry, room service, gratuities, etc.
