• Do not book a room before registering for the Family Retreat. EO has the right to cancel any rooms reserved by members who are not registered for the Retreat.
• EO recommends that you book your room as soon as possible after registering for the Family Retreat.
• The EO Group Rate expires on Monday, 3 July 2017 at 12:00 EST, please make your reservations before this date.
• First night’s room and tax will be due upon booking.
• You may cancel the reservation by 18:00 EST up to five (5) days prior to arrival. You will be fully responsible for any late cancellations or no-show fees.
• Check-in time is 16:00 EST; guests should check out prior to 12:00 EST.
• Rollaway Beds are not available. All King-Bedded Guest Rooms have a Queen-Size Sofa Bed. Once reservations are available, if you would like to reserve a connecting room, call in directly to the reservations line at +1.800.267.3046 to make your request.
• Limited rooms are available at the EO discounted rate for pre and post program dates, please contact the Hotel directly after registration opens to reserve additional dates.  The pre and post program dates are in high demand due to corporate travel mid-week, so availability cannot be guaranteed.
