EO Global Events are open to EO Members and their guests (over the age of 18). The registration fee for Members and Full Guests includes: all educational sessions and materials, all scheduled meals and receptions, scheduled social activities and ground transportation during the event. All other expenses are not covered by the registration fee, including but not limited to: air transportation, hotel accommodations, optional activities and personal incidentals.
The EO Member must be in good standing at the time of the event. If member status changes between the time of registration and the start of the event, the cancellation policy below applies.
EO requires that members pay at least 50 percent of the total registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining 50 percent will be charged on 29 November 2017. EO reserves the right to automatically charge outstanding registration balances on that date according to the member’s payment information on file. EO will contact members immediately regarding expired or declined credit cards on file. If a member indicates payment by check, EO will issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Members wishing to change their payment information on file are to contact EO in advance of the date balances are to be charged.
Full payment of the registration fee is due by 4 December 2017. EO reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations after this deadline. Cancellations and potential refunds will follow the schedule outlined below.
CANCELLATION
- US$1000 of the initial registration payment per person is a non-refundable fee.
- No discount will be given to any member or spouse/guest attending a portion of the event.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing and are processed according to the date they are received at EO Global.
- All refunds at the time of the cancellation will be based upon the above policy.
- If a member or guest fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be administered.
- Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the member/guest, spouse or partner, or legal dependent. The member/guest must provide written documentation from a doctor certifying that the member/guest has a medical emergency that bars travel. If the request is made by 15 January 2018, a refund less the US$1000 non-refundable fee per person may be granted. If the request is made after 15 January 2018, a refund less 50% of registration fees per person may be granted. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons. All written documentation and supporting documents must be received by 1 week after the University referenced to be considered for refund.
- EO is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to hotels, airlines or any other third party.
- Cancelling attendees can transfer his/her spot to another EO member in good standing. The cancelling member and the replacing member can choose to facilitate the money exchange themselves to avoid transaction fees. EO will transfer the registration once notification has been received from the selling member and a registration form has been received by the purchasing member. If the cancelling attendee chooses not to transfer funds directly with the replacing member, EO will facilitate the transfer and refund the money, less a US$100 transaction fee. The replacing member should contact [email protected] to register and send payment information.
- If the event is sold out, EO will compile a waitlist.
- During a waitlist situation, cancelling attendees have the option to transfer their registration, or if the cancelling attendee does not wish to transfer his/her spot, he/she may select to offer the spot to a person on the waitlist. EO will contact the next person on the waitlist and offer the available spot.
- If the cancelling member transfers their registration or the available spot goes to the next person on the waitlist, the cancelling member and the replacing member can choose to facilitate the money exchange themselves to avoid transaction fees. If the cancelling member and replacing member choose not to transfer funds directly, EO will facilitate the transfer and the cancelling member will receive a refund, less a US$100 transaction fee. The replacing member should contact [email protected] to register and send payment information.
- EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever signing up for an EO event as cancellation policies and penalties are strictly enforced. Travel Insurance in many cases may cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. To obtain travel insurance, please contact your travel agent or visit www.insuremytrip.com and click on “quotes.” You should get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Please note that EO does not endorse any travel insurance products.
- It is the responsibility of the member to arrange for travel, including, but not limited to, all immigration/visa related costs and paperwork, in a timely manner for attendance at EO events. If a member fails to receive the appropriate approvals to enter a country in which he or she has purchased a registration, the member shall be subject to EO cancellation policies.
- EO takes no responsibility for acquiring or monitoring the status of a visa for any member. EO can support members in their quest for immigration approval by providing the following: letters of invitation, hotel confirmation numbers (where applicable) and connections to the chapter members via the Chapter Admin. EO cannot sponsor members, guarantee costs or other monetary-related paperwork, or liaise with ministry/immigration/embassies/consulates on behalf of any member.
- If a member requires a sponsorship for entry into a country, the member assumes all risk associated with registering for the event prior to getting approval and finding sponsors; EO cancellation policies apply. Members are required to find other EO member sponsors on their own, including if using eonetwork.org or through the EO chapter hosting the event. EO staff will not broker sponsorships.

EO グローバルイベントには、EO メンバーとそのゲスト（18 歳超）が参加できます。メンバーとゲストの登録料金には、すべてのラーニングセッションと資料、予定されているすべての食事とレセプション、予定されている交流イベントとイベント中の陸上交通機関の費用が含まれます。その他すべての費用は、登録料に含まれていません。含まれていない費用の例は、航空運賃、ホテル宿泊費、オプショナルアクティビティ、個人的な費用などですが、これらに限定されません。
EO メンバーは、イベントの時点で会費を納入済みでなければなりません。登録時点からイベント開始時点までの間にメンバーの資格が変更になった場合は、下記のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

キャンセル

- キャンセルポリシーの免除は、近親者（配偶者／パートナー、子、親、兄弟姉妹）が死亡した場合と、メンバー、配偶者／パートナー、法律上の扶養家族に医学的緊急事態が発生した場合にのみ認められます。メンバー／ゲストは、メンバー／ゲストの参加の障害となる医学的緊急事態が発生したことを証明する医師からの証明書を提出する必要があります。2018 年 1 月 15 日までに申請が行われた場合、払い戻し不可の 1,000 米ドル（1 人あたり）未満の払い戻しが認められる場合があります。2018 年 1 月 15 日を過ぎて申請が行われた場合、登録料の 50% （1 人あたり）未満の払い戻しが認められる場合があります。免除は、その他の個人的な理由やビジネス上の理由では受けられません。払い戻し対象となるのは、Jordan University の 1 週間後までにすべての文書と証明書が EO に到着した場合です。

- キャンセルを行う参加者は、会費を納入済みの別の EO メンバーに参加権を譲渡することができます。キャンセルを行う参加者と参加権を譲渡されたメンバーは、手数料を支払わなくても良いように、当事者同士で金銭を授受することが可能です。参加権を譲渡するメンバーから通知を受け取り、参加権を譲渡されたメンバーから登録フォームを受け取ると、EO は登録の委譲を行います。キャンセルを行う参加者が、参加権を譲渡するメンバーと直接金銭のやり取りを行いたくない場合は、EO が譲渡と登録料金の払い戻しを行いますが、100 米ドルの手数料を申し受けます。参加権を譲渡されたメンバーは、 [email protected] に連絡して、登録と支払い情報の送信を行う必要があります。
- イベントが満席になった場合、EO はキャンセル待ちリストを作成します。
- キャンセル待ちリストが作成された状況では、キャンセルを行う参加者が登録を譲渡することができます。譲渡を望まない場合は、キャンセル待ちリストに記載されている個人に参加権を提供することができます。EO は、キャンセル待ちリストの次の個人に連絡し、参加可能なイベントを通知します。

EO 全球活动向 EO 会员及其宾客开放（须年满 18 周岁）。会员及全程宾客的报名费用包括：全部教育会议和材料费用、全部计划餐食和接待费用、计划的社交活动费用和活动期间的地面交通费用。报名费用中未包含的所有其他费用包括但不限于：航空运输费、酒店住宿费、可选活动费和个人杂费。

取消

Os Eventos da EO Global são abertos para os membros da EO e seus convidados (maiores de 18 anos). A taxa de inscrição para membros e convidados inclui: todos os materiais e sessões educativas, todas as refeições e recepções programadas, atividades sociais agendadas e transportes terrestres durante o evento. Todas as demais despesas não são cobertas pela taxa de inscrição, incluindo, mas não se limitando a: transporte aéreo, acomodações em hotéis, atividades opcionais e incidentes pessoais.
O membro da EO deve estar em dia com suas obrigações no momento do evento. Se o status do membro for alterado entre o momento do registro e o início do evento, a política de cancelamento a seguir se aplicará.
A EO exige que os membros paguem pelo menos 50% do total da taxa de inscrição no momento do registro. Os 50% restantes serão cobrados em 29 de novembro de 2017. A EO reserva-se o direito de cobrar automaticamente os saldos de registro pendentes nessa data de acordo com as informações de pagamento do membro no arquivo. A EO entrará em contato com os membros imediatamente sobre cartões de crédito do arquivo que estiverem vencidos ou forem recusados. Se um membro indicar pagamento em cheque, a EO emitirá uma fatura para o saldo restante. Os membros que desejam alterar suas informações de pagamento no arquivo devem entrar em contato com a EO antes da data em que os saldos serão cobrados.
O prazo para pagamento integral da taxa de inscrição termina em 6 de dezembro de 2017. A EO reserva-se o direito de cancelar as inscrições não pagas após esse prazo. Cancelamentos e possíveis reembolsos seguirão a programação descrita abaixo.
CANCELAMENTO
- US$ 1.000 do pagamento da inscrição inicial por pessoa é uma taxa não reembolsável.
- Nenhum desconto será fornecido a qualquer membro ou cônjuge/convidados que comparecer a uma parte do evento.
- Todos os cancelamentos devem ser comunicados por escrito e serão processados de acordo com a data em que são recebidos na EO Global.
- Todos os reembolsos no momento do cancelamento serão baseados na política acima.
- Se um membro ou convidado não participar do evento, isto será considerado um cancelamento e nenhum reembolso será administrado.
- Exceções para a política de cancelamento são concedidas apenas em caso de morte de familiares imediatos (cônjuge ou parceiro, filhos, pais, irmãos) ou em uma situação de emergência médica envolvendo o membro/convidado, cônjuge/parceiro ou dependente legal. O membro/convidado deve fornecer documentação escrita de um médico atestando que o membro/convidado tem uma emergência médica que o impede de viajar. Se a solicitação for feita até 15 de janeiro de 2018, um reembolso, menos o valor de US$ 1.000 não reembolsável por pessoa, será concedido. Se a solicitação for feita após 15 de janeiro de 2018, um reembolso, menos o valor de 50% das taxas de inscrição por pessoa, será concedido. Não haverá exceções para outros motivos pessoais ou comerciais. Todos os documentos por escrito e de suporte devem ser recebidos até 1 semana após a referida Universidade, para o reembolso ser considerado.
- A EO não é responsável por taxas e/ou encargos pagos pelos participantes do evento a hotéis, companhias aéreas ou qualquer outro terceiro.
- Os participantes que cancelarem podem transferir suas vagas para outro membro da EO que esteja elegível. O membro que fizer o cancelamento e o membro que o substituir podem optar por facilitar a troca de dinheiro entre si para evitar taxas de transação. A EO fará a transferência da inscrição depois que a notificação for recebida pelo membro que estiver vendendo a vaga e o formulário de registro for recebido pelo membro que comprou a vaga. Se o participante que fez o cancelamento optar por não transferir os fundos diretamente para o membro que irá substituí-lo, a EO facilitará a transferência e reembolsará a quantia, descontando uma taxa de transação de US$ 100. O membro que o substituir deve entrar em contato pelo e-mail [email protected] para fazer o registro e enviar as informações de pagamento.
- Se o evento estiver esgotado, a EO compilará uma lista de espera.
- Durante uma situação de lista de espera, os participantes que cancelarem têm a opção de transferir o registro, ou se o participante que cancelar não desejar transferir sua vaga, ele poderá optar por oferecer a vaga para uma pessoa na lista de espera. A EO entrará em contato com a próxima pessoa na lista de espera e oferecerá a vaga disponível.
- Se o membro que fizer o cancelamento transferir sua inscrição ou se a vaga disponível for para a próxima pessoa na lista de espera, o membro que fez o cancelamento e o membro que o substituirá poderão optar por facilitar a troca de dinheiro entre si para evitar taxas de transação. Se o membro que fez o cancelamento e o membro que o substituir optarem por não transferir os fundos diretamente, a EO facilitará a transferência e o membro que fez o cancelamento receberá o reembolso, com o desconto de uma taxa de transação de US$ 100. O membro que o substituir deve entrar em contato pelo e-mail [email protected] para fazer o registro e enviar as informações de pagamento.
- A EO recomenda a compra de um seguro de viagem sempre que se inscrever em um evento da EO, pois as políticas de cancelamento e as penalidades são rigorosamente seguidas. Em muitos casos, o seguro de viagem pode cobrir situações imprevistas ou incontroláveis que podem afetar sua capacidade de participar de um evento.
