“I came to learn about leadership, but I learned about life.”
– Charlie Baik, EO Korea
The Regional Leadership Academy (RLA) is a leadership formation program, the first event of its kind that takes the life changing content that defines the Global Leadership Academy and delivers it in a regional context. The RLA focuses on leading in diversity, recognizing regional leadership is about leading diverse teams from multiple countries, races, cultures, languages and styles. RLA uses an immersion learning methodology, where the participants are fully immersed in the program the moment they arrive until program ends. This methodology requires attendees to stay for the entire program; partial participation is prohibited. Acceptance to this exclusive program is by invitation only, to recognize the contributions of our member leaders in the regions. This program will challenge conceptions of personal leadership and build life long relationship between the attending leaders!
