Can I register for the [email protected] programme today?

Wow! [email protected] is really only USD$6,000 per campus experience & a virtual action plan between the campus experiences?
That’s correct! INSEAD faculty LOVES our EO members and created this course just for you, showcasing both their Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses, as well as including a virtual intermodular action plan.

Can you tell me exactly what is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee covers accommodations for three nights at the INSEAD Singapore campus, the virtual action plan curriculum and accommodations for three nights at the INSEAD Fontainebleau campus. It also includes daily breakfast, lunch and 2 dinner experiences per campus, as well as any course materials, pre and post work.

That’s great! So what is not included in the registration fee?
Expenses not covered by the registration fee include but are not limited to: air transportation, pre- and post-event ground transportation, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, food/beverages not included in the agenda here, and miscellaneous personal incidentals. 

When should I pay?
To secure your space in the [email protected] programme, the registration fee payment is due when you register. To secure your space in the [email protected] programme, 60% of the registration fee (US$7200) is due when you register. The remaining 40% (US$4800) will be due 15 January 2022. You mentioned the virtual action plan. Can you explain what this is?
Between modules, you will complete an Action Learning Project to map out your organizational culture at its best and then look for the Keystone Behaviors that promote that a culture where people thrive. You can read more about this here under Module 2. 

Will there be pre-work?
There is an assessment INSEAD has requested all participants to take prior to each campus experience, as well as the virtual action plan between the two campus experiences.

Can I use my Global Event Voucher?
Absolutely! Members who joined EO on or after 2 March 2020 are eligible to use their global event voucher for the [email protected] programme. To apply the global event voucher to your registration fees, check “yes” during registration. The US$500 will automatically be deducted from your balance. 

Will I receive an INSEAD certificate?
Yes, you will receive an INSEAD certificate of completion once you’ve completed all three modules (Singapore campus, virtual action plan, and France campus). Get that wall ready to hang it on!  

Will I receive INSEAD alumni status?
Great question, but INSEAD is unable to offer alumni status for this programme.  

Can accelerators or SLPs apply?
This is a program for EO Members only.

Travel Details

Please note:

  • This event is subject to 40 registered attendees and may be cancelled if this minimum is not reached in October.
  • Do not purchase any flights or other travel until the event is confirmed. EO will not refund travel costs.

Are airport transfers provided?
Airport transfers are not provided and are at your own cost. Taxis are recommended.

When should I plan to arrive at the France and Singapore campuses?
You should plan to arrive at the France INSEAD campus on 1 March 2022. You should plan to arrive at the Singapore INSEAD campus on 11 October 2022. The programme will begin early the following day.

What if I need to arrive earlier than and/or stay later than the allotted times?
Your program fees cover your accommodations for 3 nights at the Singapore location and 3 nights for the France location only. If your travel schedule cannot fit between these days, you may contact INSEAD to secure lodging.

Will I be staying at a hotel?
All attendees will be staying at a luxury residence located on each campus for the duration of the program.

Can I stay at a different hotel than the one provided?
The accommodations for each luxury residence are included in your registration fee. It is highly recommended that you stay at these accommodations. If you choose to stay at a different place, it is completely user pay and the registration fee stays the same. You will also be responsible for travel to/from the INSEAD campus each day.

What if I have special dietary needs?
The dining facility at each campus can accommodate most requests. Be sure to complete the dietary restrictions question during your event registration. We will do our best to meet your needs.

What if I register for [email protected] but cannot attend?

How do I cancel my registration?
All cancellations must be communicated in writing and are processed according to the date they are received at EO headquarters. All refunds at the time of the cancellation will be based upon the cancellation policy here.

Are there any exceptions to the cancellation policy?
Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the member/guest, spouse or partner, or legal dependent. The member must provide written documentation from a doctor certifying that the member/guest has a medical emergency that bars travel. If the request is made by 2 November 2021, a refund less the US$100 non-refundable fee per person may be granted. If the request is made after 3 November 2021, a refund less 50% of registration fees per person may be granted. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons. All written documentation and supporting documents must be received by one week after the program referenced to be considered for refund.

What if I can’t attend the programme due to COVID and visa entry restrictions?
You should
check COVID and Visa entry requirements for your country BEFORE registering. If you’re unable to attend due to COVID and visa entry restrictions, each situation will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You may also transfer your spot to another EO member if you’re unable to attend.

Can I transfer my spot to another EO member in good standing if I cannot attend?
You can transfer your spot prior to the first campus experience but not after. A cancelling attendee can transfer his/her spot to another EO member in good standing. The cancelling member and the replacing member can choose to facilitate the monetary exchange themselves to avoid transaction fees. EO will transfer the registration once notification has been received from the selling member and a registration form has been received by the purchasing member. If the cancelling attendee chooses not to transfer funds directly with the replacing member, EO will facilitate the transfer and refund the money, less a US$100 transaction fee. The replacing member should contact [email protected] to register and send payment information.

Can I sign up on the waitlist if the program is sold out?
Of course! The link to the waitlist is made visible automatically once all the seats are taken and can be found on the event website here.

The website says that the event is already sold out. Can you explain the registration process and if I should sign up for the waitlist?
For the first 24 hours that registration opens, we offer regional registrations in an effort to allow all regions to register in a timely manner. Regional registration blocks remain open for 24 hours for each respective region, and once all regional registrations have had 24 hours to register, we open the remaining seats to those who missed their region and are on the [email protected] waitlist. We do often receive cancellations, and we recommend that you join.

What happens if I cannot attend the second campus experience?
[email protected] is a two-campus commitment and it is critical that participants complete the program with the class into which they were originally registered. Although the program registration fees are charged on a payment schedule of 60% upfront, then 40% due 15 January 2022 (vs. 100% up front) and there is no contractual agreement, you are expected to attend both onsite campus experiences as well as be engaged in the virtual action plan between the campus experiences.

If you completed the first campus experience in France and absolutely cannot attend the second campus experience in Singapore, we will make every effort to defer your participation until the next year. This option is on a space-available basis, and must be approved by EO and the class facilitator. Absolutely no guarantees will be made.

I need a visa to attend this program. Can you help with that?
EO members are responsible for arranging their own travel in a timely manner for attendance at EO events—including, but not limited to, all immigration- and visa-related costs and paperwork. If you fail to receive the appropriate approvals to enter a country in which you have purchased a registration, you will be subject to EO cancellation policies. 

EO takes no responsibility for acquiring or monitoring the status of a visa for any member. EO can support you in your quest for immigration approval by providing the following:

• Letters of invitation;
• Hotel confirmation numbers (where applicable);
• Connections to the chapter members via the chapter administrator

EO cannot:

• Sponsor members;
• Guarantee costs or other monetary-related paperwork;
• Liaise with ministries, immigration, embassies or consulates on behalf of any member

If you require a sponsorship for entry into a country, you assume all risk associated with registering for the event prior to getting approval and finding sponsors. EO cancellation policies apply. EO members are required to find other EO member sponsors on their own, including using eonetwork.org or through the EO chapter hosting the event. EO staff will not broker sponsorships.
