Is the training given in English?
Yes, all our Executive Education programmes are in English. Due to a global audience, your video audition for your application must be in English as well.
I would like to participate but I can’t travel, can I still apply?
Absolutely! GSA is a hybrid programme and will be given virtually and in-person (simultaneous) this Fall 2023. Please select “virtual” when filling out your application.
What should be included in my video audition?
The video is meant to be on a topic that you would like to speak about for your signature talk. It should be a maximum of 3 minutes and can be recorded using your mobile phone. Please record a video specifically for your audition; do NOT send an existing video.
When does the application launch and when is the deadline to apply?
The application applications for the Fall Edition of GSA, will run from 1 to 31 July. For more information, please refer to the application form
How long will the training be?
GSA is a 5-day programme. Most days will start at 9 am and run until 6 pm in the local time zone.
Can Accelerators and SLP apply?
No, this is a programme for EO members only.
What is the cost of programme participation?
The 2023 registration fee for the programme is US$7,800.
Is it the same registration fee for virtual and in-person participants?
Yes, registration fee for both participant types is the same.
Where will the in-person training be held?
The Fall 2023 edition location will be announced soon. Sign up to the interest list to receive updates once more information becomes available.
How do I know if my application is complete?
For your application to be considered complete, you must submit your application form and pay your one-time application deposit of USD$2,000 via credit card or wire transfer. If you submit your application form but do not pay the application deposit, your application will be incomplete and you will not be considered for the programme.

When do I have to pay?
To secure your space in GSA, registration fee payment is due within 10 days from the receipt of your acceptance letter . Read more about the payment process here.
Are airport transfers provided?
Airport transfers are not provided and are at your own cost.
What if I have special dietary needs?
Please inform the Learning team about your dietary restrictions by emailing [email protected]. We will do our best to meet your needs.
I need a visa to attend this programme. Can you help with that?
EO members are responsible for arranging their travel on time for attendance at EO events—including, but not limited to, all immigration- and visa-related costs and paperwork. If you fail to receive the appropriate approvals to enter a country in which you have purchased a registration, you will be subject to EO cancellation policies.
EO takes no responsibility for acquiring or monitoring the status of a visa for any member. EO can support you in your quest for immigration approval by providing:
- Letters of invitation
- Connections to the chapter members via the chapter administrator
- Sponsor members
- Guarantee costs or other monetary-related paperwork
- Liaise with ministries, immigration, embassies, or consulates on behalf of any member.
If you require sponsorship for entry into a country, you assume all risks associated with registering for the event before getting approval and finding sponsors. EO cancellation policies apply. EO members are required to find other EO member sponsors on their own, including using eonetwork.org or through the EO chapter hosting the event. EO staff will not broker sponsorships.
What is the dress code?
Business or smart casual. Look sharp!
What is included in the registration fee?
All training sessions and materials and expert coaching for five (5) days with lunches and coffee breaks on all days, and dinner with cocktails on Day 1.
What is not included in the registration fee?
Air & ground transportation, lodging, breakfast, dinners on Days 2-4, and personal incidentals. You are responsible for the room rate, associated taxes, and fees, and you are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue’s regular pricing and cancellation policy. Any difference in cost associated with room upgrades (double or triple occupancy, suite, or other room types) is also c/o the participant.
Are there any exceptions to the cancellation policy?
Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the member, spouse or partner, or legal dependent. The member must provide written documentation from a doctor certifying that the member has a medical emergency that bars travel. All exceptions are subject to review by the Executive Education team and will have to be approved before the release of refunds less than the US$2,000 application deposit and the USD$100 non-refundable processing fee per person. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons. All written documentation and supporting documents must be received by 1 week after the event referenced to be considered for a refund.
Can I use my Global Event Voucher?
Members who joined EO on or after July 2018 are eligible for the Global Event Voucher for GSA. To apply the Global Event Voucher to your registration fees, check “Yes” during registration. The voucher amount will automatically be deducted from your balance.
What happens if the event gets canceled due to COVID or other circumstances?
We’ll continue to monitor safety and reserve the right to cancel for health-related concerns. Members’ safety is our priority, but if the event gets canceled due to COVID or other circumstances, the registration fee will be reimbursed (please note EO is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to airlines or any other third party; we suggest to choose/make it a refundable fee by the company when booking)
I was selected but I am not able to attend due to an emergency, will I get a refund?
If you were selected and are not able to attend, we will do refunds on the registration fee within three weeks from your registration date. Please note that EO is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event participants to airlines or any other third party. Please review payment and cancellation details here.
