Join us on a TECH tour (Google and more) as we visit some of the Bay Area’s most innovative companies. We will meet with key influencers of local technology companies and hear about some of the latest breakthroughs in tech and business. In addition to fulfilling our intellectual curiosity, we will enjoy a walk on the beach before a classic Bay Area chowder dinner experience, sail on the Bay and eat local cuisine.

Flow is the mental state of being immersed in energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of an activity. We are happier, more productive and more our best selves in Flow. Many of us have heard of Flow, but how can we cultivate more flow in our lives, and how can we incorporate flow into our EO experience? EO San Francisco member Bowen Dwelle is a flow expert, the founder of Flow Forum (http://flow-forum.com) and an outdoor adventure leader. Bowen will lead a run exploring some of the hidden urban trails of San Francisco and on-the-fly discussion about flow and EO. Come prepared as you would for any run with running shoes, water and perhaps an energy bar.
French Laundry Dinner & Wine Pairing

Enjoy a spectacular evening of wining and dining at the world famous French Laundry restaurant in charmed Yountville, California.
Depart San Francisco via executive Coach and venture into the heart of the glorious Napa Valley where you first experience a champagne reception at the picturesque home of past EO Global Chairwoman and EO SF member, Shelby Scarbrough. Casually stroll through the restaurant’s famous vegetable garden to The French Laundry and enjoy an always exquisite, personalized, once in a lifetime event in a magnificent, private room at this Michelin starred restaurant.
