Chowmahalla Palace
Once regarded as the center of Hyderabad, the magnificent Chowmahalla Palace was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty where the Nizams entertained their official guests and royal visitors. Built over 200 years ago, Chowmahalla means “four palaces” and is a true reflection of the lifestyle of the Nizams of Hyderabad with its rich blend of South Indian warmth and elegance. A synthesis of many architectural styles and influences, the palace complex has been meticulously restored. As a member of EO and attendee of the University, experience the ‘Nizam Andaaz’ and soak into the royal way of life at the Chowmallha Palace, unmatchable for exclusivity, offering a magical experience that’s bound to make your evening a memorable one.

Immerse yourself in a preview of this royal experience by clicking here.

Note: The setting for Chowmahalla Palace is rich, warm and elegant. You’ll get a true sense of royalty as you are showered with rose petals upon entrance into the Palace and are guided along a candlelit path to the reception. Ladies, break out your cocktail dress but please dress comfortably so you are able to move around the grassy areas with ease. Heels are not recommended as the venue setting will take place entirely outdoors so keep it comfortable with flats or wedges! Men will fare well in a handsome tie and slacks.
