“The beauty of this program is in the way it is structured. Three years of continuous interaction amongst 65 fast-growing entrepreneurs, across industries from all over the world, is really awesome. When I saw the curriculum, I thought, ‘Hey, this program is made with me and my needs in mind!!’ Today, I boast of having lifetime buddies across the world. I am actively spreading the word in India and persuading both EO members and other entrepreneurs to go for it; I haven’t seen a program like this elsewhere.”
Sriram Bharatam, EO Hyderabad Class of 2007

The Programme

The purpose of the Entrepreneurial Masters Programme (EMP) is to provide you with the tools needed to take your business to the next level. The emphasis is on teaching practical business and management applications, providing an intense blend of practice and theory that is necessary to excel and to do so in a format that fits your busy schedule.

Your commitment is for three years.* The programme will begin each year on a Wednesday afternoon and end on Saturday after dinner:

  • Year 1: Establishing Your Foundation
  • Year 2: Executing Your Plan
  • Year 3: Accelerating Your Growth

Four days per year, 12 days in all, EMP is scheduled to minimize the disruption of your business activities. Furthermore, the programme covers the fundamental areas of business:

  • Management
  • Leadership
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Strategy

*For additional payment, attendance and cancellation policies, be sure to read the Payment/Cancellation policies page here.

The Format

The goal behind EMP’s instructional methods is to focus on real-world business models and problems in order to engender peer-to-peer interaction and problem solving. The participants of the programme appreciate, and benefit from, both connections to experts (academic scholars, successful business owners and CEOs, authors, resources from business professions) and interaction with their peers.

Several teaching methods are employed, including:

  • Breakout Sessions
  • Presentation/Group Discussion
  • Workshops

You arrive Wednesday evening to check in, attend dinner and meet your classmates. As you can see below, we plan to work you hard.
