The Programme
The purpose of the Entrepreneurial Masters Programme (EMP) is to provide you with the tools needed to take your business to the next level. Immerse yourself in practical business strategies and management techniques, achieving a harmonious balance between theory and hands-on experience—all conveniently tailored to fit your busy schedule.
Over the course of three enriching years, you’ll commit to the following pivotal stages:
- Year 1: Establishing Your Foundation: Build the essential groundwork for effective leadership and business management.
- Year 2: Executing Your Plan: Transform your strategies into actionable plans for substantial growth.
- Year 3: Accelerating Your Growth: Propel your business and personal journey forward with refined skills and dynamic strategies.
This structured journey comprises four days per year, strategically planned to minimize disruption to your business. Core areas of business, including Management, Leadership, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales, are comprehensively covered, ensuring a holistic approach to your professional development.
The Format
The goal behind EMP’s instructional methods is to focus on real-world business models and problems in order to engender peer-to-peer interaction and problem solving. The participants of the programme appreciate, and benefit from, both connections to experts (academic scholars, successful business owners and CEOs, authors, resources from business professions) and interaction with their peers.
Several teaching methods are employed, including:
- Breakout Sessions
- Presentation/Group Discussion
- Workshops
Upon arrival on Wednesday evening, you’ll be welcomed with a check-in, followed by a delightful dinner where you’ll meet your peers. Our rigorous schedule ensures an enriching experience.
