Calendar

The trip begins in Siem Reap, Cambodia, a city rich in ancient temples that show off the magnificent accomplishments of the Khmer Empire. Attendees will be escorted to a welcome gathering to kick off the 6-days of travel before setting off on private tours led by expert local tour guides. On the third day of the Exploration, a private charter will bring guests to the next location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where they will peek into the future of technology and innovation with a visit with some of the city’s industry leaders. The evening will wrap up with dine-arounds with EO Vietnam members in some of the city’s trendiest restaurants.

The final destination is Hoi An, Vietnam, which begins with a private jet charter arrival and a stay at the opulent Four Seasons Resort, the Nam Hai in Hoi An, on the stunning central coast. Here, guests will have exclusive beach access, private terraces, morning beach yoga practices and lush spa treatments, all looking over the peaceful ocean vistas. Attendees will explore Hoi An, an old-world town known for well-preserved buildings, unique cuisines and walkable streets that give visitors a glimpse into the town’s distinguished past. Following the days of activities, there will be free time set aside for those who wish to relax and unwind in one of the three infinity pools or on the pristine beach.

Pack Like a Pro

In general, the Exploration will be casual during the day and casual chic in the evenings. You will likely be active during the day, so plan on wearing lighter fabrics and comfortable shoes. Bring layers to ensure proper cover for the temple visits; more details can be found below.

Wednesday Daytime/Evening:

The dress code for this experience will be active casual all day, including for the evening’s social.

After registration and the General Session, we will depart for a sporty group activity, which will lead straight into dinner. Feel free to dress comfortably all day.

Thursday Daytime:
Temples in the morning and off-sites in the afternoon are both casual. Please follow these guidelines for your visit to the temples:

  • Appropriate attire when visiting temples in Angkor Wat includes long pants (covering the knee) and shirts that cover the shoulders.
  • Skirts, short shorts, tank tops and other items that are considered “revealing” are not allowed within temple grounds. Visitors can be, and are frequently, turned away from the temples when inappropriately dressed.

Thursday Evening:
Casual chic for dining in a popular Siem Reap restaurant; we will be taking buses to dinner.

Friday Daytime:
Casual for the flight; the group attending the Củ Chi tunnels off-site may want to dress more comfortably, while the Fritz Hansen House group can dress a bit more stylish.

Friday Evening:
Casual chic for dine-arounds in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Most dine-arounds are within walking distance, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

Saturday Daytime:
Casual-to-business casual for morning learning and the experiential lunch, before traveling to Hội An. We will be walking to lunch off-property.

Saturday Evening:
Casual for a street-fare dinner in downtown Hội An.

Sunday Daytime:
Casual for off-sites in morning and resort leisure for the afternoon at the Four Seasons.

Sunday Evening:
It wouldn’t be an EO event without at least one theme night – Sunday is a “wear white” party! Wear your most chic beachwear and comfortable footwear for an evening in the sand by the surf.
