GLC Social

Although there will be many opportunities for social connection before, during and after GLC, the official EO GLC social, or party, will take place during Saturday evening, 5 April 2025, 7-10 pm, at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.

Transportation to this special event will be provided to and from the GLC official hotels.

Please Note: Vehicles—including ride shares—are not permitted to enter Pearl Harbor as it is an active military base. The only way to access the social will be through the official buses provided by EO.

For the same reason, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum enforces a no bag policy. There will be no luggage or bag storage of any kind at the evening social, as these cannot enter the venue. If you must bring a bag, please limit the size to 8.66 inches wide by 5.91 inches tall (22 centimeters wide by 15 centimeters tall). These bags must be clear, and the contents must be visible at all times. You will not be permitted to board the bus to the social with any other bag.

It is required by the Pearl Harbor base that all non US-citizens must carry with them their original passports. US citizens/permanent residents must carry a valid form of ID.

Tickets for the Saturday night social will be exclusively available to registered GLC attendees and their guests, including spouses and life partners. Please be aware that tickets for this event will be offered for purchase separately from the Global Leadership Conference itself. Guest tickets for the social must be purchased in advance – tickets will not be sold at the social as non-identified attendees cannot enter the buses. Please visit the registration desk to purchase a ticket by 12pm of Friday 5 April.
