Learning Program
Learning Program
Over the course of three days we invite you to dive into the concept of ‘Ohana as we learn together what it means to be truly connected. In this year’s learning program, you will have the opportunity to participate in thought-provoking general sessions with world-class leaders, off-site experiential learning through the learn around opportunities and interactive workshops alongside your fellow members.
Learning Block One: Belief
Belief is the compass that not only directs your journey but strengthens the leader within you.
It is what guides you through challenges and opportunities, shaping your path as you step forward.
In this ʻOhana, belief in yourself and our shared values become the foundation of our collective strength.
This shared purpose fuels a greater vision, creating alignment within our global community and guiding us toward the future we are meant to create together.
Learning Block Two: Belong
Belonging is not just a feeling, it is an active choice to nurture, support, and uplift those around you.
Through our commitment to belong, we step forward and contribute our unique voices to the collective. Here, connections deepen, resilience is celebrated, and every voice is heard and valued.
When you share your story, you strengthen community —our ‘Ohana — weaving your voice into the fabric that makes us whole.
Learning Block Three: Beyond
The path forward calls for action—where belief and belonging transform into impact.
‘Ohana is the pulse that keeps us moving together. It is a rhythm, a heartbeat, reminding you that while your journey is personal, it is not solitary.
We move from here—aligned, connected, and building a future far beyond what we can see.
