Chapter Officer Trainings
Chapter Officer Training (COT) empowers incoming chapter officers to excel as chapter leaders by equipping you with the knowledge and resources to excel in your role, drive member engagement, and strengthen chapter health.
During eight hours, over the course of 2 days, you and your fellow chapter officers will:
Gain the skills and insights needed to perform in your role
Discover tools and resources to make your work easier
Ask questions and exchange ideas with peers from around the globe
COT is designed exclusively for incoming EO chapter officers.
If you are not an incoming chapter officer, you do not need to attend.

All tracks will be led by an exceptional track team that includes professional EO facilitators and highly experienced subject matter experts from EO member leadership and staff
Individual tracks will not be recorded for later viewing. The in-person COT experience is designed for incoming chapter officers to network, connect, and learn from one another.
