GLC Hotel Booking Washington DC

- EO group rate applies to stays between 24 and 26 April 2022.
- The deadline to book a room at the EO group rate is by 5:00 pm EDT on 28 March 2022. The group rate room block may sell out prior to this date, at which point the hotel rate will apply.
- Nights outside of the event dates are subject to hotel rate and availability. Rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the event dates indicated above.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking and full prepayment must be completed before 28 March 2022, or the reservation is subject to cancellation by the hotel.
- Full refund of deposit will be given to cancellations received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival. A fee equal to the guest’s entire stay will be charged if a no-show, cancellation or early check out are not advised to the hotel prior to 3 working days prior to arrival.

- The full payment for stay will be charged at time of booking.
- If an individual guest cancels their reservation before 20 March 2022, a penalty of 50% of the booking fee will be charged to the guest. If a guest cancels after 21 March 2022, guests will be responsible for the full booking value.
