[:en][:en]Rajiv Agarwal is a family business consultant who specializing in issues of succession, business strategy and business continuity. He also has over 20 years of experience in running his own family business.

To date, he has worked with 1500 families during his tenure as an Associate Professor of Family Business at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, (SPJIMR) Mumbai, a top 5 MBA school in India. He also heads the Owners Management Program & the Women’s Management Programs, and the SPJIMR Case Publishing House.  This year, he became the lead faculty for Strategy at SPJIMR.

Rajiv received his Bachelors of Communication from Sydenham, MBA from SPJIMR, and is currently in the final stages of his PhD in Family Business from BITS Pilani. He has undergone training at the Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business, IIM Ahmedabad for Case Writing and Case teaching and has trained faculty at various institutions for case writing and Simulations.
