Registration Fees

Member or Guest Participation Fee

US$2,500 per person**

Included: All program meals indicated on the agenda, learning sessions, evening socials, custom-made traditional Saudi attire, scheduled activities, ground transportation within the event and special VIP airport transfer

Not Included: Airfare, accommodations (approximately US$1,000) and personal incidentals

**Local members may request a refund if they do not plan to use the special VIP airport transfer. Please contact events@eonetwork.org to process your request.

• The EO Saudi Arabia College has been designed and planned for members and their adult guests. Each registered member may register one guest who is 21 years of age or older.
• Non-registered guests are not permitted to attend the EO Saudi Arabia College in part or full. In addition, we provide no programs, services or recommendations for family or guest members under age 21.
• Hotel and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant.

Early-Bird Registration Program

Register early and reap the rewards! All members who register for the 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College by 15 October 2009 will automatically be entered into a lottery. One lucky member will win a free member registration to this event! Qualifying registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail explaining the details of the Early-Bird Registration Lottery.

Terms and Conditions

• Date of registration is the date EO receives at least 50 percent of the registration fee from the registrant.
• Eligibility for the lottery and the lottery prize is non-transferrable between members.
• Lottery prize applies only to the 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College and cannot be transferred to another College.
• Lottery winner will receive a refund of the member registration fee only; a guest registration fee does not qualify for a refund.
• Eligibility for the lottery and the prize is forfeited if the member cancels, transfers registrations or does not attend the qualifying College.

Global Event Voucher

Save US$500 with Your Global Event Voucher!

Members who joined EO on or after 1 April 2007 are eligible for the Global Event Voucher for use toward the 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College. First, register for 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College. Next, fill out this form to submit your voucher. Members must pay the registration fee in full before receiving the US$500 credit. Voucher submissions for the 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College must be completed by 5 February 2010. Questions? Contact us at events@eonetwork.org.

Event Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment

EO Global events are open to EO members and their guests. The 2010 EO Saudi Arabia College registration fee for members and guests includes: all educational sessions and materials, all scheduled meals and receptions, scheduled social activities, special VIP airport transfer and ground transportation during the event. All other expenses are not covered by the registration fee, including, but not limited to, air transportation, hotel accommodations, optional activities and personal incidentals.

The EO member must be in good standing at the time of the event. If member status changes between the time of registration and the start of the event, the below cancellation policy applies.

EO requires that members pay at least 50 percent of the total registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining 50 percent will be charged 12 weeks out from the event (26 October 2009). EO reserves the right to automatically charge outstanding registration balances on that date according to the member's payment information on file. If a member indicates payment by check, EO will issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Members wishing to change their payment information on file are to contact EO in advance of the date balances are to be charged.

Cancellation

• US$500 of the initial registration payment per person is a non-refundable processing fee.
• No discount will be given to any member or spouse/guest attending a portion of the event.
• All cancellations must be communicated in writing and are processed according to the date they are received at EO Global.
• All refunds at the time of the cancellation will be based upon the above policy.
• If a member or guest fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be administered.
• Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings); for an emergency medical situation involving the member, spouse or partner, or legal dependent; or if there is a failure to attain an approved Visa. Failure to attain a Visa is defined as denial of a Visa application that was submitted in its entirety and with ample time for processing to the EO Saudi Arabia College committee. The member must provide written documentation for any exception to the cancellation policy. The US$500 non-refundable processing fee per person still applies. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons.
• EO is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to hotels, airlines or any other third party.
• Transfers of payment from one event to another are considered cancellations of the current event and are subject to the official cancellation schedules for that event.
• An event registrant may sell or give away his/her registration to another member in good standing only if the specific event is not waitlisted. Any monies changing hands for the sale of an event spot must take place between members. EO will transfer the registration once notification has been received from the selling member and a registration form has been received by the purchasing member.
• If the event has a waitlist, a member may receive a refund of payment (less the US$500 non-refundable processing fee) if his/her spot is filled by another member from the waitlist. Final notification will be given to the canceling member within 30 days after the event.
• EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever signing up for an EO event, as cancellation policies and penalties are strictly enforced. Travel insurance in many cases may cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. To obtain travel insurance, please contact your travel agent or visit www.insuremytrip.com and click on "quotes." You should get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Please note that EO does not endorse any travel insurance products.
