Registration and Sponsor Showcase Open

Pick up your registration materials and name badge at the EO Registration Desk in the Al Qasr Ballroom. If you did not yet sign up for an Off-Site, you can do so here. Be sure to speak with representatives from the sponsoring organizations that helped support this event. 

7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Welcome Reception and Prayers 

Five timed, daily prayers are compulsory for Muslims. These prayers, called salah, are performed at dawn, noon, in the afternoon, at sunset and at nightfall. We have scheduled the program agenda to allow for our Muslim attendees to pray at the proscribed times. Non-Muslim attendees will simply have break time or may choose to join the group for prayers to observe the proceedings.

Off-Site Business Learning Opportunity 
Saudi ARAMCO

Perhaps the most interesting part of the College will be a visit to the national oil company, where attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at Saudi Arabia’s oil fields. This activity is courtesy of Saudi ARAMCO, the national oil company and world’s largest oil producer. On Saudi ARAMCO’s behalf, all attendees will take a round-trip flight on a corporate jet to the eastern province of Saudi Arabia. Upon landing, attendees will visit the on-site oil museum and get an up-close tour of the powerful oil fields. Talk about a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the land of “oil”!

8:50 a.m. – Arrive in Damman, ARAMCO Hangar
9:30 a.m. – Reception, Presentation and Tour of the Saudi ARAMCO Exhibit
11:30 a.m. – Lunch
12:45 p.m. – Visit Research and Development Center
1:45 p.m. – Depart for Damman, ARAMCO Hangar
2:30 p.m. – Flight to Shaybah Airstrip
3:45 p.m. – Reception and Presentation on the Shaybah Producing Facility; Watch Sunset from the Dunes followed by Dinner
7:30 p.m. – Depart for Jeddah
9:30 p.m. – Arrival in Jeddah

10 p.m. Return to Hotel

The theme for this day is "Open Doors, Open Minds," and the agenda will focus on cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia.

  • Enjoy Traditional Saudi Hospitality and Have Lunch at a Local Home
  • Motorcycle Rides

Off-Site Activities are open to all members and guests. Registration will open in November.
