Registration Fees
Registration will open 2 December 2009
Member Registration Fee or Guest Full Participation Fee: US$3,200
Included: All learning sessions, meals indicated on the agenda, evening socials and ONE off-site activity Not Included: Airfare, airport transfers, accommodations and personal incidentals
Guest Limited Participation Fee: US$2,800
Included: All program meals indicated on the agenda, evening socials and ONE Off-Site activity

- The 2010 EO California University has been designed and planned for members and their adult guests. Each registered member may register guest(s) over the age of 21.
- Non-registered guests are not permitted to attend the 2010 EO California University in part or full. In addition, we provide no programs, services or recommendations for family or guest members under the age of 21.
- Hotel and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant.
Early Bird Registration Program
Register early for EO Universities and reap the rewards! The first 50 members to register for the 2010 EO California University during the first 30 days of registration will receive a US$500 credit to put toward a future EO University. Qualifying registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail explaining the details of the Early Bird Registration Voucher.
Terms and Conditions

Valid only for EO member registrations at future EO Universities; other EO Global events or guest registrations are not eligible

Valid for 18 months from date of qualifying registration, which is the date the member pays at least 50 percent of the member registration fee to EO

Forfeited if the member cancels, transfers registrations or does not attend the qualifying University
Redemption Procedure
Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration for the EO University toward which you have elected to use your voucher, you will be subject to EO’s Payment and Cancellation Policy.

If your cancellation warrants a refund, you have two options:

Your voucher may be returned to you and can be used toward a future EO University within the originally qualifying 18-month timeframe

Your voucher may be used to pay the cancellation fee (in part or in its entirety)

If your cancellation does not warrant a refund and is subject to a 100 percent non-refundable cancellation fee, your voucher will not be returned

Global Event Voucher
Save US$500 with your Global Event Voucher!
Members who joined EO on or after 1 April 2007 are eligible to use a Global Event Voucher for the 2010 EO California University. To redeem your voucher, first register for the 2010 EO California University. Next, fill out this form to submit your voucher. Members must pay the University registration fee in full before receiving the US$500 credit. Voucher submissions for the 2010 EO California University must be received by 25 April 2010. Questions? Event Payment Policy
Payment
EO Global events are open to EO members and their adult guests. The full registration fee for members and guests includes: all educational sessions and materials; all scheduled meals and receptions; and scheduled social activities and ground transportation during the event. The limited guest registration fee covers all of the above except educational sessions and materials. Other expenses are not covered by the registration fee, including, but not limited to, air transportation, hotel accommodations, optional activities and personal incidentals.
EO members must be in good standing at the time of the event. If member status changes between the time of registration and the start of the event, the cancellation policy below applies.
EO requires that members pay at least 50 percent of the total registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining 50 percent will be charged 12 weeks prior to the event (13 January 2010). EO reserves the right to automatically charge outstanding registration balances on that date according to the member's payment information on file. If a member indicates payment by check, EO will issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Members wishing to change their payment information on file are must contact EO in advance of the date balances are to be charged: events@eonetwork.org.

US$500 of the initial registration payment per person is a non-refundable processing fee.

No discount will be given to any member or spouse/guest attending a portion of the event.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing and are processed according to the date they are received at EO Global.

All refunds at the time of the cancellation will be based upon the above policy.

If a member or guest fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be administered.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the member, spouse or partner, or legal dependent. The member must provide written documentation. The US$500 non-refundable processing fee per person still applies. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons.

EO is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to hotels, airlines or any other third party.

Transfers of payment from one event to another are considered cancellations of the current event and are subject to the official cancellation schedules for that event.

An event registrant may sell or give away his/her registration to another member in good standing only if the specific event is not waitlisted. Any monies changing hands for the sale of an event spot must take place between members. EO will transfer the registration once notification has been received from the selling member and a registration form has been received by the purchasing member.

If the event has a waitlist, a member may receive a refund of payment (less the US$500 non-refundable processing fee) if his/her spot is filled by another member from the waitlist. Final notification will be given to the canceling member within 30 days after the event.

EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever registering for an EO event, as cancellation policies and penalties are strictly enforced. Travel insurance may cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. To obtain travel insurance, please contact your travel agent or visit www.insuremytrip.com and click on "quotes." You should get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Please note that EO does not endorse any travel insurance products.
