With the EO Family Retreat & Experience, we are creating a dedicated space to bond with your families while you are inspired, empowered and recharged together. This retreat is designed for families and children of all ages to step away from their busy lives in order to get a renewed focus on family growth, bonding and goals.

The program will be hosted again at the luxurious Four Seasons at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA, and is full of family oriented amenities and activities. This includes behind-the-scenes access to Disney World with daily park passes and programming fit for both adults and children.

While you are connecting and learning in an adult environment with fellow EO members, your children will have the exclusive opportunity to participate in an EO learning event of their own. The goal is to build upon the family’s strengths within their own communities and household, understanding the bigger picture and opening up productive dialogues.

For Adults

As parents, you are the leaders of the household. Our program of speakers and breakout sessions will help specifically with building a framework for a stronger family unit, understanding and relating to your loved ones, and implementing effective leadership styles, among many other areas. You’ll also have the opportunity to bond and engage with fellow parents of EO in a once-in-a-lifetime setting.

For Children

Children of all ages learn from the examples that their parents set. While the adults are exploring new ways to lead, the retreat is also designed to guide children on how to become confident, self-sufficient individuals. It will also help them discover what their role in the family means to the group as well as important life skills that will inspire them to take action. They’ll even have the unique chance to make new friends!
