Wednesday, 30 September

Registration and Sponsor Showcase Open

Pick up your registration materials and name badge at the EO Registration Desk in the Gaudi Prefunction Area. If you did not sign up for an off-site activity yet, you can do so here. Be sure to speak with representatives from sponsoring organizations that helped support this event.

5 – 6 p.m.

University First-Timers' Coffee and Orientation

New to EO Universities? Come to this session to get some tips on making the most of the event and meet other First-Timers before the University starts!

6 – 7:30 p.m.

After-Hours

Not ready to call it a night? Continue to party long into the morning. After-Hours are arranged so that you can continue your evening once the GLC dinner is complete. Members are “on their own” for drinks and transportation back to the hotel. After-Hours are organized by the local chapter and they are not planned or sponsored by EO Global.
