Currently President and Founder of Infinity Resort Homes based out of Canmore, Alberta, Jeff Calibaba has firmly established a place amongst his contemporaries, as a respected visionary, innovator and mentor to his employees, colleagues and fellow entrepreneurs. Jeff started his entrepreneurial journey back in 1985, when as a practicing Paramedic, he founded Access Medical Inc., growing and leading the company from a basic medical supply distribution company to its current recognition & operations as the premier distributor and marketer of one of the foremost automatic external defibrillators on the market today. During this time, Jeff also authored and patented a program that has been implemented and credited for creating awareness of the need for this lifesaving technology throughout North America. Out of this experience, he also created a program for the packaging and licensing of intellectual capital, through which he has assisted and coached fellow business innovators from a wide variety of business interests in both Canada and the US.

In 2005, Jeff co-founded Hedge Property Investments, a Limited Partnership based structure, that is currently experiencing success in the business of the acquisition and development of a high quality portfolio of Canadian residential and recreational properties. Hedge’s success led him to the development and founding of his latest venture, as the developer of a major recreational property development in the Okanagan area of British Columbia.

During his career, in recognition of his entrepreneurial leadership and vision, Jeff has been a recipient of the Thomas Alva Edison Award for Innovation in 2003. In 2004, he was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in the same year, he led Access Medical to achieve recognition as one of the “Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies” in Canada.

He holds a Certificate in Business Administration and has been actively involved in The Strategic Coach Program TM since 1995. In 2005, Jeff graduated from MIT’s Entrepreneurial Executive Program, and from 2005 through 2007, served on the Board of Directors of the Calgary Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), including one term as President. Originally from Radville, Saskatchewan, Jeff is a father of two and resides in Calgary and Canmore, Alberta.

Brian Brault is the CEO of Advanced Facilities Services International, Inc., a company he founded more than 20 years ago. Employing 300+ people, AFSII was recognized in 2003 as an Inc. 500 company, an award that recognizes the 500 fastest -growing US-based businesses. AFSII has been recognized as one of the “Top Private Companies in Western New York” for the past five years as well as being distinguished as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Western New York.”

A budding serial entrepreneur, Brian started another company, and launched an entirely new industry, in 2005. PURE Solutions converts hotel rooms into healthier, allergy-friendly rooms. Servicing a growing number of hotels throughout North America, he has successfully branded his company and worked with groups ranging from major brands and emerging brands to investment companies and hotel management groups.

Brian holds a BS in business administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo and is a graduate of EMP (Class of 2005). A member of the EO Western New York chapter, Brian has held a number of local board positions including President, Learning Chair and Forum Chair. A firm believer of continued learning, Brian has attended more than 20 global and local EO learning events. A father of three, Brian lives with his wife, Jean, in East Amherst, New York, USA.

Patrick Thean is a serial entrepreneur who has started and exited multiple startups. He received the "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award" for North Carolina in 1996 and achieved a ranking of 151 on the Inc. 500 list in 1997. A Rockefeller Habits-trained coach, Patrick teaches entrepreneurs how to develop their firms into execution-focused organizations, building the right value that will allow the firms to be sold at a premium when the right opportunity arises. He is also an advisor and coach to corporate boards, founders and CEOs. His programs help companies make critical decisions regarding people, strategy, execution and cash. His clients are armed with the right processes and methods to maximize their harvest when they eventually sell their businesses.

Patrick received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He is also the author of “Execution Without The Drama.” An entertaining and motivating international speaker (United States, Singapore, New Zealand), Patrick speaks and facilitates seminars on the following topics: 1) The Rockefeller Habits (Business Growth); 2) Execution Without The Drama – How to increase effectiveness and accountability while reducing drama; 3) How to prepare and sell your business for a premium; 4) How to raise and manage venture capital and venture-capital relationships. Patrick lectured on “Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation” as an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest University in 1999. He is a Co-Chair of MIT’s world-renowned Birthing of Giants (EMP) Program.
