All MyEO Dinners are hosted by EO San Diego members, and will take place on Saturday, 2 May. Registration is required and these events are user-pay.
Salt & Cleaver
Inspired by 1860’s industrial Chicago, S&C’s design elements reflect period furnishings and décor meshed with modern touches. This philosophy is also reflected in our menu, with our goal of challenging people’s thoughts about the everyday sausage, and showcasing how versatile this food can be. Sourcing only the best local products, made by people who care about quality as much as we do, Executive Chef Carlos Anthony (recent winner of The Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen) uses the freshest ingredients available to create flavor combinations inspired from cuisines around the globe. On the beverage side, we offer a specially curated craft beer list to please every palate (20 on tap, 10 in the bottle), as well as a full selection of specialty spirits and cocktails that will bring our guests back to the roots of mixology.
